I’ve found that the most important thing for psychological well being is to trust that God is good and has your best interest at heart, and to let the remaining chips fall where they may
I saw this billboard on Oregun road. It was basically Psalm 124:7 being declared over Nigeria. There was no advert or even contact details of the owners.
“Nigeria is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped.”
driving to church yesterday we discussed AI consciousness. i tried to change the subject when my oldest daughter abruptly said “kids in my school are dating AI bots.” the car went silent and the middle one (the philosopher) shouted “WHAT?!”
needless to say we have a family topic for dinner tonight.
i deleted instagram about 5 years ago, so i had almost forgotten what it feels like to have it in your life
watching people around me use it now feels strange
you end up checking the daily lives of people you haven’t seen in ten years, people you probably wouldn’t even stop to talk to if you crossed them on the street.
random people from your past become permanent background characters in your mind.
then add the fact that a huge part of instagram is effectively a dating product
if you’re already in a long-term relationship, keeping that constant stream of attention, comparison and other people’s lives in your head has destroyed countless couples
after being off it for years, the whole thing looks much more extreme from the outside.
I was at the Nigeria-China Investment summit a few months ago.
A few things sounded too good to be true, but what stood out to me was when someone asked the Chinese representatives, "are there products from Nigeria we can export to you?"
The Chinese lady pictured (who was the only Chinese that spoke English amongst like 7 of them) answered, "No, Nigeria doesn't have any product. And the products that we can manage from Nigeria are not of global quality."
The questioner went on, "but what if you come in with your equipment and personnel, train on us on how to make these quality products, so we can become trade partners."
The lady went on a almost 5-minute rant about how it's better their people do everything and we import.
It became clear to me that the aim of the CCP is economic dependence, either through loans or through Supply Chain control.
They are a lot softer than the British tho, so I guess we can all keep smiling.
Dear Dangote Investors,
Calgary greetings to you. I hope you are fine, if yes, doxology.
Now that you have a say in the company, please help us ensure that their drivers drive like humans on the road.
No more killing Nigerians and shareholders, oh. You must enjoy your wealth.
An Update on MTN you should please read till the end because we need you once again.
While we are still tentatively awaiting further correspondence from MTN in view of the elapse of the response timeline communicated to them in my last mail following their “IN DUE COURSE” response, WE NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE IN GETTING THE FOLLOWING EXPERTISE SO PLEASE ASSIST US BY PUBLICIZING ON OUR BEHALF; THIS IS A CAUSE FOR ALL NOT A CAUSE FOR ONE.
Interested Experts should DM @losensolicitors
We fully understand that it would cost us quite a handsome amount of money to employ the services of these experts however, we do not want to deviate from our course by soliciting for funds which is the sole reason we are soliciting for expertise instead.
It’s imperative to note that we are not drawing any conclusion at this stage and we would appreciate if no conclusion is drawn on our behalf as this can significantly water down our arguments. All we are doing is documenting the correspondence and allowing the record speak sincerely and literally speak for itself.
THIS IS THE SOLE REASON OUR CALL FOR PROFESSIONALS AND GETTING THESE LISTED PROFESSIONALS REMAIN CIRCUMSTANTIAL TO OUR CAUSE.
We are in need of experts who are willing to contribute their knowledge to this cause, independently scrutinize materials available and those to be further provided and also present their work with all genuinity.
No Assumptions
No Premature Conclusions
All we are asking for is evidence, proper analysis, transparency of our data usage and above all, ACCOUNTABILITY.
LET THE DATA SPEAK ACCURATELY AND TRANSPARENTLY

A Nigerian culture that needs to die like yesterday is the one where Nigerians think they can just get away with anything just by apologizing. It doesn’t matter the magnitude of what they’ve done as long as they apologize.
There is a difference between postpartum depression and postpartum psychosis.
Postpartum depression can lead to postpartum psychosis. Postpartum psychosis is also a MEDICAL EMEGENCY which would most likely lead to hospitalization.
Psychosis can include paranoia. Audio and visual hallucinations, there is a delusional fixed false belief attached to it.
One of the solutions is to share your internal struggles with a trusted person. Family members should also be on alert during and after pregnancy.
You need TREATMENT & HOSPITALIZATION during psychosis. You should not be left alone or left alone with your child or children.
When people primarily got wealthy from a very small set of decisions, they tend to give advice a lot. People who got rich via a lot of tiny decisions tend to abstain from advice. The first easily draw a line through the points, the second see a squiggle and know there is no extrapolation.
In 2017, I paid a visit to one of the most revered Fathers in Nollywood. Chief Pete Edochie.
I had mixed emotions, and expectation because of how much he personalized his roles in the movies. When I was about to board, I called to ask where to meet up with him in Enugu but he asked what time my flight was landing instead. I was shocked to see that he came to pick me up himself!
Our journey to his house was very interesting, everyone who saw him at the wheels wove, honked their horns, knocked on the mirrors, took pictures etc.
The conversation started a few minutes after we got in, and I must say that it was one of my best conversations with an Actor. I didn't know it was one of his best too, until he gave me a deep hug, and patted me on the back to say "It was one of my best interviews, your questioning skills are impressive, you brought out the me in me". You are the first interviewer who noticed that I am highly introverted yet, I play the roles of an extrovert.
Here are some tips I curated for you from our gist session.
- We disagree but we must employ good language in our disagreement.
- I have never struck my wife, and most of the time I go to the market to shop while my wife cooks.
- I am a Christian, a fanatical one at that.
- I spend a lot of money on books, and classical music.
* When I am hired to play the role of a Dibia in movies, I intern with other Dibia's for about 3-6 months before the shoot.
The gist session ended with deep hearted prayers and a drive to the airport 48 hours after.
Chief Pete Edochie is everything he says that he is, and more.
