Now I contacted the service centre again, the rep told me Samsung needs the proof again but now on a plain background. Am i supposed to just keep sitting and giving you guys proof again and again? How is this feasible? No wonder i saw so many bad reviews of your service

I bought a TV in November last year and been having issue of a horizontal white line that flickers randomly and for microseconds which is almost impossible to record. 1/2
I was told by rep to record it. It took me several days of me sitting with mobile trying to record a random moment it happens to finally get a recording of it. Someone came to fix it, replaced the motherboard. But it didnt fix it. 2/3
