Just informed my clients that I'm closing my store after 10 years in business.

I want to thank my state and local gov'ts, all of tobacco control and public health for their continued efforts to force us all back to smoking for their own gain. You are truly a stain on humanity.

You win. You forced me to close my small business, bankrupted me, destroyed my life and left my community with no viable options to become and remain smoke-free.

I'm not sure that I'll be able to advocate as I have for the past few years, so I just want to say to the vaping community, the independent vapor industry and my fellow advocates that it has been an honor. You are all amazing human beings doing the right thing for the right reasons and it was an honor to stand with you.

From the FDA:
"Over the past year, there was a significant decrease in overall tobacco product use among high school students from 2022 to 2023, which was primarily driven by a decline in e-cigarette use. There are now less than half the number of U.S. youth using e-cigarettes as there were at the peak in 2019."
