UPDATE: El-Rufai Spends 106 Days in ICPC Custody Over Alleged Corruption and Fraud
Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has reportedly spent 106 days in the custody of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) as investigations and legal proceedings against him continue.
The ICPC says it is investigating him over allegations of diversion of public funds, loan fraud, violations of procurement laws, money laundering, abuse of office, fraud, and the unlawful acquisition of government assets.

Mahdi Shehu on Alleged 1995 U.S.-Backed Plot Against Abacha

Mahdi Shehu’s account of the 1995 Durbar Hotel bombing speaks to foreign interference, regime change politics, and the hidden hands that have shaped Nigeria’s political history.

According to Shehu, a U.S. Embassy political officer approached him in Kaduna, offered him money, and asked him to drop a parcel at the Durbar Hotel as part of what he described as a campaign against the Abacha government. Please help us find my younger brother, Suleiman Bashir.

He left home in 2018 and we have not heard from him for the past 8 years. He was a Civil Engineering student at ATBU Bauchi (2016/2017 set) before leaving school in his 1st year of university , and never returned home, he ditched his phone and all his belongings at a friends house. Left for reasons only known to him.

He also attended Hassan Gwarzo Secondary School (2014 set).

Our father has passed away last 2weeks and he passed hoping to have seen him
Return home, please tell him to come home and sick his mother’s forgiveness for what he put them through.

Someone once said they saw him in Lagos around Computer Village.
