Discos should not be able to force unwanted tokens on customers who are trying to pay off arrears.

I'm requesting: cancellation of the tokens, application of the ₦384,300 to my arrears, and a corrected statement.

🚨 I paid ₦384,300 to CLEAR my PHED arrears. Instead, PHED generated 3 prepaid tokens and my debt is still showing as unpaid. My money is trapped and my account is still in arrears.
