DEAR @X
MY NAME IS MARK NII OFORIQUAYE, AND I AM THE HEAD OF AGRIBUSINESS AT @3FARMATEBOTS.
WE HAVE JUST LAUNCHED GHANA’S FIRST AUTONOMOUS AI-POWERED AGRIBOT (CHECK MY PINNED POST).
WE ARE BUILDING THE NEXT GENERATION OF MACHINES THAT WILL REVOLUTIONIZE FOOD PRODUCTION.
PART OF OUR VISION IS TO ESTABLISH REGIONAL FACTORIES THAT WILL EMPLOY SKILLED ENGINEERS TO MASS-PRODUCE AGRIBOTS AND OTHER WORLD-CLASS MECHANIZATION TECHNOLOGIES.
WE ARE TELLING THE AFRICAN STORY AND ADVANCING THE AFRICAN DREAM—ONE ROBOT AT A TIME, STARTING FROM GHANA, OUR MOTHERLAND.
IF YOU SEE THIS POST ON THE TIMELINE, KINDLY REPOST AND SHARE.
THE REINDUSTRIALIZATION OF AFRICA IS US.
LET’S GO VIRAL.

That one of the great tragedies of life is the paradox of wisdom and age. As you become wiser about life and the world, you have less time to apply it yourselt. So you try to pass it down, but some things just can't be heard in youth. It only comes through the experience of living. And then the cycle repeats: you remember that someone tried to give you some gems and you didn't listen, so you try to do the same. It's a somewhat cruel time loop of sorts, and I ponder over the design sometimes.

If you get abused call Dovvsu one stop center on 0800000900. If you ever witness abuse whatsapp 0551000900.
You can go to the office with children who have witnessed or experiences abuse. They have a playroom setup where kids can play so much they get comfortable and open up
They have a sound proof and constant recording room where victims can share their trauma without passerbys hearing and also the recordings help so you don’t have to keep repeating and reliving your trauma
Medical tests are free
They provide a shelter.
This was shared by ACP Owusuwaa Kyeremeh Esq Director Dovvsu at the women of valor event

Spoke at @oxfordafrica last weekend — still letting that sink in. As a writer & creative producer championing African stories globally, this moment was huge. Grateful to God for the doors He’s opening, even in rooms I’m not in. Just the beginning 🙏🏾

My lukewarm take is that sometimes you need a relationship that makes you feel so safe that you let yourself unravel. So not a person who triggers you into the work but someone who gives you a safe landing for the work to reveal itself.
This is why the idea of artists “falling off” is absurd. In the streaming era, your window never closes. You’re always one record or one moment away from renewed momentum. And when it hits, your whole catalog can move.
So many artists feel boxed into a sound or style that first resonated with their audience. The key is to train your fans to expect growth and understand that human development and artistic evolution go hand in hand.
Every week, someone screenshots an artist’s monthly listeners and writes:
“How do they have 20 million listeners but only sold 8K first week?!?”
Let’s go over why this stat is one of the most misunderstood in all of music. It might just save a few of you from looking dumb 🧵

To achieve sustained success and longevity, an artist must run their career like any other business. Many fail because they don’t know how to run a business—they only know how to make music. That’s why, as an artist grows, it’s crucial to find a smart business manager.
Songwriting credits use an artist’s government name so publishing royalties get paid correctly. So “Doja Cat” collects master royalties, while “Amala Ratna Dlamini” collects publishing royalties.
We need to see more examples of creatives living their dreams on their terms. All we’ve been shown is “be hungry and do whatever it takes” and we’ve seen how unsustainable and unhealthy living and creating like that is. Show me the creatives who rest and move with strategy please
