Booking complaint no: 6836 dated 13th June. Telephone is dead but no response even after complaint. And repeatedly trying to call helpline but to no avail!!
And on top of it bill for this month has been generated even though it’s not working!

Been a Aquaguard customer for 30plus years, never have I experienced such nonchalant attitude by staff and senior management. EF at your mercy to resolve my issue!
@EurekaForbes Sales Order no 6001169135 dated 23/09/24,product Aquaguard Classic was faulty and requested for replacement. Received a wrong product and returned duly. But I am still awaiting my replacement! Area Manager says replacement order not created!

@MyntraSupport If you were so keen on setting it right- the refund should’ve been initiated at the very onset as all my tags were intact including price tags!No one of your team members were willing to listen that it’s a genuine request to check the item again as I kept repeating the same.
@MyntraSupport Gota msg asking again for48 hours! For what?No assurance of when the delivery will happen.Please give me specific time line as to when I receive my product back?10 days of inactivity! Only every time new time line of 24/48 hours!Patience u write always-but it cannot be indefinite
