Sanctity and integrity of medical education is totally breached by corrupt people in India.

This is what happening to faculties in medical colleges.

1. Faculty are hired only for NMC inspections.
2. Management misuses biometric attendance with fake silicon fingerprints.
3. Salaries remain unpaid despite promises.
4. Management gets advance notice of inspections.
5. Fake patients are brought in for inspections.
6. Management threatens them if they complain.
7. Urgent unannounced NMC inspections are needed to reveal true attendance.
8. NMC inspectors accept bribes, leading to false positive reports.

This fraudulent practice has led to the college receiving permission for 150 MBBS seats, compromising educational standards and endangering student futures.

Immediate intervention is necessary to address systemic corruption and restore integrity in medical education.

CJI: No. I have not appointed any amicus.

Nedumpara: I will answer your question

CJI: I don’t want you to answer the question. Sit down otherwise I will have you removed from the court.
