3 of my products are not being picked up for return. It’s been long.. every time i call they tell me to wait 3 more days and give time of 30days.
Not it’s showing are is unserviceable.
All the time i use the same address for return and delivery.

@meesho_support Somebody contacted me yesterday and said that my area is unserviceable so i will have to return it myself..
I even agreed to that.
Yet no one contacted me back or sent any address to ship. No call back..
And again I got this text from Meesho.

I always choose an option to pay extra so i can return in case.. then why after paying extra i am facing such difficulties in returning.
I live in the prime area of the city how come my area can not be serviced.

Never happened this. Why it’s taking this long to pickup products. Customer care only repeats selected lines and don’t provide any solution.

Please arrange pickup for product and give me my refund.
If don’t want to pickup then issue my refund and take as long as you want to take

Driver didn’t end the trip @ destination & I couldn’t do anything from my side in app & instead of 92₹ i was charged 226₹
