⚠️ A l'approche de deux typhons, l'agence météorologique japonaise a émis un avertissement concernant de fortes pluies attendues samedi 27 juin le long de la côte Pacifique, du sud-ouest à l'est du Japon.

Elle a également mis en garde contre les risques de glissements de terrain et de crues fluviales, tout en exhortant les populations de régions comme Okinawa et les îles Amami à rester vigilantes face aux vents violents. Des vents dépassant les 140 km/h, et des fortes pluies sont attendues dans la région de Tokai (300 mn), tandis que la région de Kanto-Koshin devrait recevoir jusqu'à 150 mm.

Nous appelons les ressortissants français à la plus grande vigilance et recommandons d’éviter les sorties en montagne, en mer et sur les plages, de se mettre à l’abri et de suivre les instructions des autorités locales (consulter notamment les recommandations sur https://t.co/emVDKn80tg ).

"The Meaning Behind My Final Dr. STONE Illustration"

The illustration released yesterday for the final episode of the Dr. STONE anime is, as of this moment, the last Dr. STONE illustration I have drawn.
There are several thoughts and feelings contained within this single image.

One of them is this:
"If Dr. STONE had continued serialization, this is probably what it would look like today."
When drawing it, I wanted to express the idea that Dr. STONE should always continue to evolve—to become better, more dynamic, and more representative of the spirit of Shonen Jump.

That was a belief I carried throughout the series, and I wanted to include that feeling in my final illustration as well.

Another important decision involved Kohaku.
When drawing Kohaku, I intentionally used photographs of a cosplayer as reference.
Through this, I wanted to express my gratitude to all cosplayers who have loved and supported Dr. STONE more passionately than anyone else over the years.

That is why I deliberately chose to work from a cosplay reference.
I contacted the model directly and told her:
"I used your cosplay and photographs as reference for this illustration, and I would like to compensate you for it."
However, she kindly declined any payment.
Instead, she shared a message that deeply moved me:
"We are connected through mutual respect."

After hearing those words, I felt that rather than simply paying a modeling fee, it would be more meaningful to share this story when the illustration was finally released.

So today, I would like to say:
Thank you to everyone in Japan and around the world who has cosplayed Dr. STONE.
Your passion, creativity, and love for the series have meant a great deal to me.

This is one of the meanings contained within the final illustration created for the anime.

The number of applicants for Japan’s Business Manager Visa after the stricter regulations have taken effect has dropped by 96% from a monthly average of 1,700 to just 70.

The visa allows foreigners to live in Japan while starting or managing a business, but it is now far more restrictive, with the capital requirement raised from ¥5 to ¥30 million, new qualifications requiring at least three years of prior management experience or a master’s degree (or equivalent) in business management, a requirement to employ at least one full-time staff member, and a business plan that must be verified by a certified Small and Medium-sized Enterprise management consultant. Of the roughly 41,600 current holders of this visa, only about 4% meet the new ¥30 million capital requirement.

Non, il n'y a pas de "taxe célibataire" depuis ce mois d'avril au Japon, mais une nouvelle contribution sociale généralisée pour financer les aides pour les enfants, contribution que TOUT LE MONDE, célibataire ou marié, avec ou sans enfant, doit payer. Le montant (équivalent à un ou deux euros), s'ajoute à celui de l'assurance sociale payée chaque mois. Il est variable selon les lieux de résidences et situations.
