@realboshek Monty never was and still isn't an ace. He had a great game. The books are full of average or lower players being great. If all you saw was the 1978 World Series, you would think Brian Doyle was a contender for the batting title when he was a career .200 hitter.

@FiresideYankees Stanton is saying all the right things about going to the lab. I will say I am cautiously optimistic. Being healthy is key, but he needs to run a but more than 50% on the bases or in the field or there is no point.
