@RONBupdates He had arrested Oli just a few days after taking office, but nothing meaningful came out of it.
Now he says he wants to reopen the royal massacre case. Is this a genuine attempt to seek justice, or just another political stunt to stay in the spotlight?

Has there ever been such a grand welcome given to a ruling party Chair of Nepal from Indian ruling party?? I don't think i remember. BJP and Indian government are placing a lot of importance on this visit for sure. Whether this visit will help enhance India Nepal ties, only time will tell.
Amazing how every disagreement between Indians and Nepalis is instantly blamed on “globalists, Islamists, communists, foreign agents, media plants”. Anything except maybe genuine public frustration, bad policy, or nationalist politics on both sides.
I can clearly see India's adversaries (put any globalist, Islamist, communist country here as you like) are hard at work creating issues between India and the new Govt of Nepal.
They are creating people to people fights and issues using social media and also media by planting stories using their agents.
Before we react to anything anti-India from Nepal or vice-versa (requesting our Nepali brothers & sisters as well), let's stop and calm down thinking the fight is being engineered.
Sure, there can be real issues between India and Nepal due to the new govt, policies etc, but GoI will surely take care of them as they arise. There's no need for us to target Nepalis or pick up fights on behalf of anyone.
Let's understand the plan of the adversaries and be smarter, so they can't use us to create people to people fights between democracies.
Which can later be used to influence or force governments to take anti-neighborly actions. Also, again a humble request to MIB - check what's happening on SM and Nepali media/SM, do something!
“Surveillance state” because a guy got fined for illegally parking?
Meanwhile people in other countries can block lanes, run red lights, and collect parking tickets like Pokémon cards with zero enforcement.
Very dystopian indeed.
A Fox News crew was fined $40 by automated traffic cameras in Beijing after their driver illegally parked for just two minutes.
CCTV captured the plate and sent the fine notification instantly to the driver’s phone.
Welcome to China’s surveillance state.
The government's deliberate use of an ordinance and the Constitutional Council to appoint the Chief Justice ,tramping on democtatic tradition and values, has dealt a serious blow to the dignity and independence of the judiciary ,as well as to the principle of seperation of powers in the state . This is the first decision of its kind in the hostory of Nepal's judiciary and it has become not merely a subject of immediate criticism ,but a negative event that will lead the judiciary and the state as a whole in the wrong direction over the long term . Such a mindset and working style of the government clearly shoes that the government is rapidly moving toward an authoritarian direction. Therefore ,let all democratic forces and general public who support democracy remain vigilant and unite to defend democracy .
In literature, mythology, and comic books heroes often have a "kryptonite" or "Achilles's heel", basically a weakness that makes them vulnerable. I'm curious what people here would consider to be
Current GON's "Kryptonite"?
Urgent reforms can't wait for endless parliamentary delays & horse-trding. Support this bold step by Balen govt to deliver good governance & protect public interest. Victims of cooperatives & citizens tired of politicized institutions dserve this cleanup. Let's back real change!
Fully support the ordinance being brought by the Balen gvrmnt to scrap 100s of political appointments and clean up state institutions. Enough of party cadres occupying public bodies, universities & commissions. Time for merit & accountability. Good move for clean governance!
Balen government's intention is clear: end the culture of political favoritism, cancel unfair appointments made through connections, and open space for competent people. This isn't power grab; it's correcting decades of loot and misuse of public institutions.
The hypocrisy is loud. Many who cheered when previous governments brought ordinances to push their own agendas & protect loyalists are now crying foul. Same tool, different hands. If ordinance was "democratic necessity" then, why is it "authoritarianism" now?
