I purchased airtel black on 30/5. It's been over a week, but no installation has happened. The agent is not answering calls, and despite multiple emails, I keep getting the same 24-48 hrs response.If not resolved, I’ll escalate this to Consumer Court

I found this out by looking through the core code (which is also one of the best ways to learn Magento).

The default sort order is 0, so setting a negative value (such as -10) will allow your plugin to load before even some core code.

Besides sortOrder, the naming of vendor and module names is also a factor in determining plugin load order.
