I’m in Abu Dhabi right now, enrolled into step, filled out the crisis intake form, and even called the hotline and despite the lady who answered the phone being really nice, have had zero communication from the govt on a charter. None of us can leave via air. Flights are booked and then cancelled immediately due to inbound missles and drones. Can’t drive to Oman or KSA due to 15+ hour queues at the border and the backlog of stranded people is immense. Shelter in place and hope this conflict ends soon is the only option.

4. UAE buyers beware - you are better off purchasing large electronics from other stores bc if it is defective - they will not honor any returns, exchanges, and will basically just give you the runaround.
@CarrefourUAE 1. I recently purchased a 9k dirham Qled TV @SamsungGulf from you which has massive cloud effects on it. I called the day after installation to return it and you sent a Samsung team 3 days later. They concluded from the photos that it’s a normal all black screen!?
3. So I can’t exchange it, nor get a refund and @CarrefourUAE basically told me it’s my problem. If this is how you do business - then you’ll get none of mine again. Customers should know the dishonesty at practice in this company.
