The scary thing about 2027 is that anywhere Tinubu doesn’t win outrightly, he comes a close second. There is not a single state that he’s not poised to come either 1st or 2nd and that is a terrifying reality. It is sad that just like 2023, one man has positioned himself against the goal of the collective opposition by setting up another vote split.
Peter Drury next season after we sign Mateus Fernandes:
Mateus to Cunha, Cunha to Bruno, Bruno to Fernandes, Fernandes to Matheus, and Matheus back to Mateus.
Birds of the same feather flock together, anyway Oyo did not lose 200 Amotekun personnel for this kidnapping incident, the Governor said since it's inception of establishing Amotekun, so who is lying between the two leaders?
On electricity, the FG gave the states autonomy to generate electricity for their states.
Lagos, Ekiti, Oyo, Ondo, and Ogun are generating electricity via IPP, but Adeleke(Osun) is there doing “PROMISE AND FAIL” as usual.
Adeleke, in a statement, promised to partner with investors, but bro, it is what it is today.
Blame Tinubu, but acknowledge the failure of Adeleke.
Even as a joke it’s not funny, at a time where the priority should be on getting the kids back and making sure that SW doesn’t become a ground for terrorists. Onilu o ni fe ki ilu oun o baje
Here we go!
I want to tell you something about why the Éderson deal took so long that the press releases might not have mentioned.
Generally, transfers stall for all kinds of reasons. Fee disputes, personal term disagreements, medical concerns, third party complications and so on.
But the Éderson situation was different and more interesting than any of those. The player was ready. United were ready. The fee was agreed in principle. And then nothing moved for days. Weeks even.
Cristiano Giuntoli arrived as the new sporting director and Maurizio Sarri came in as the new manager. Two significant appointments coming in simultaneously at a club in the middle of an active transfer negotiation.
And to be frank, in this world, Incoming leadership at a selling club does not simply inherit and honour the deals the previous regime agreed. They review and validate them against their own assessment of the player's value, the fee structure and whether the deal serves the new direction of the club.
That process takes time regardless of how far advanced the original negotiation was.
Éderson had already agreed personal terms and a five-year contract with United. He rejected interest from Atletico Madrid specifically to wait for this move.
But he had to sit and wait while Atalanta sorted out their internal transition.
United moved patiently and the deal eventually landed at €45 million.
I think that’s fair

🚨💣 BREAKING: Éderson to Manchester United, here we go!

Éderson will sign a four year deal plus option, as @TheAthleticFC reports.
There has been kidnapping almost every day nationwide, in fact people are currently being held captive by bandits in his own Ekiti State. Who orchestrated those ones? Mr President should retire. We say no to renewed Shege
Did you people sign a contract to reduce our population?
The best way to deal with politicians is to vote against them on election day. Election is the only thing they fear the reason they spend billions on it. However, politicians in the opposition are the most useless. They are desperate. Everyone of them wants to be President at the same time. So, they will most likely end up making an unpopular guy become a winner with less than 30%. And the moment a politician doesn't have the popular mandate, he tends to act like he doesn't owe anyone anything. In short, Nigerians major problem as at today is the opposition.
There are over 200 Okadas in several clusters on Castle Rock Road. The number keeps growing as if someone comes to drop them in batches of 40 weekly. Bikes are banned but the state can't enforce basic rules.
Nobody knows where these guys are from? How do over 200 unknown guys with bikes suddenly appear in a community? Who procured the bikes for them? A bike now costs over N1million. What is the source of funding for the bikes?
The police at the Maroko division are only concerned about stopping people driving flashy cars. The state is on autopilot.
I doubt Atiku's political acumen sometimes . Maybe it's age. I wonder how an experienced politician won't see beyond the fakeness of the Grasscutter. We non politicians understand he is a key backer of Tinubu..
But Atiku does not know..
I sometimes believe that the abduction at Oyo School was orchestrated by the Oyo State Government to blackmail President Tinubu.

Somehow I feel the opposition do not want to go into 2027 with election as an active participant
It appears they are interested in fomenting chaos that makes 2027 elections improbable and the country ungovernable.
The security forces are already overstretched. The last thing we need is civilian unrest.
The government should also not give room for lapses. It remains the rights of citizens to protest peacefully and make their opinions known about the actions of the government. People are not happy and rightly so. In this age, Government must not only provide solution, they must also communicate their plans properly to the public. If they leave a vacuum for the opposition to usurp, then it’s not on anyone but the government.
