"If I have to fight to get you in the gym, that's a problem. You want players that want to work. The best way to prove your value is to work. As hard as you believe you can work, you can always work harder than that. You always want to outwork your potential." -Kobe Bryant

"Who do you want on your team 'and' or 'but'?"-Nick Saban
Do you give people a chance to doubt your value to the team by using 'but'?
OR
Do you give people a chance to explain your value to the team by using 'and'?
"Don't give anybody a reason to say 'but'."-Nick Saban
When you see a player use nine moves to get the ball up court, don’t be impressed. They don’t know (yet).
Good players use:
- One move
- One burst of speed
- One change of direction
