@peet2 This is true. Further, IMO, Apple is slowly replacing HBO as a boutique producer of higher end television. They don’t put out a ton, but most of it is pretty good. Silo. Ted Lasso. Severance. Some others. Nichey, but really good.
@WeAreAustinTV@BradKSappington@urieliugt If Fbref is to be believed, he’s excellent at progressive carries and take ons, which AFC could desperately use. Not a great passer or shooter though, so definitely a mixed bag.
@SportsSturm Cinematography is great for sure, but it’s also well written, well acted, the leads have great chemistry, and it’s chock full of high tier cameo/appearances. Just an all around good show. Rarity nowadays.
@TrueFactsStated We get ok results with a Thundershirt and CBD. Our little dog still is nervous with that stuff, but at least not shaking uncontrollably.
@TrueFactsStated The interiors used for the show were on a soundstage. Real inside looked nothing like what the show. Recently, HGTV bought the house and renovated it to match the sets. They made a show about it. Actually invited the cast to help out and they all showed up. Source: watched it.
@SportsSturm I would be interested to see if they have any key players with relegation release clauses. Probably not a thing for a club like City, but if they happen to, they could get plundered of talent in such an eventuality. Would still probably win, but a fun window nonetheless.
@SportsSturm Jalen Smith contract. So obviously stupid the second they announced it. Made no sense at all and was not even necessary to do at the time. Other decisions were worse, but that one just irks me.
