@mumbi_wathika Recently, my friend was locked in a car because she couldn’t add 450 to a 1200 ride. She was terrified. My problem is not the rate, it’s that she felt unsafe. If she knew this earlier, she’d have smth within her budge. Ever been child locked in a car @uber_kenya, it’s horror.

@mumbi_wathika This is something all these apps have to address @uber_kenya. Both parties are affected. Drivers feel undervalued and we have a budget to stick to.
