Beautiful -‘Skill is King’- one of the ‘Skill gaps’ for players & coaches to think about is “Front foot passing” - I was privileged to take part in a brilliant coach education session on the subject in the 90’s by Dave Sexton but have rarely seen it coached since then

Out of Dinamo Zagreb's Top 10 transfer fees received, only one player joined the club academy before the age of 15. Seven players joined between the ages of 15-19. Positive player ID after maturation or minimal player development from earlier age?

Never tire of this! Monday morning 9am lecture with @UoWSport coaching students. Working on communication, movement skills, engagement and strategy. Added rock paper scissor to the game for more fun. #creativity
