Politicians don’t have to say “shut up or go to jail” anymore.
They can build a legal machine that says:
– if you push too hard on the wrong issues,
– and someone in a white coat writes the right words,
you no longer count as a citizen. You count as a patient.
Patients don’t decide how society should live. They “get help.”
In BC, that “help” includes being picked up off the street, locked up with no charges, and treated as if you consent to whatever psychiatric intervention the institution chooses.
