@thomasrorystone@OsiriXViewer@stickermule Oh heck yea, and thanks.
Now that’s a name I’ve not heard in a while.
It’s slow and steady. that looks like a heck of a knee repair!

@sedielem@DICOMstandard was it odd stuff... or even stuff ;)
foats as space-padded ASCII strings
pixel spacing [row, col] and image orientation x,y
sign bit being bit 11 because manufacturers jammed other stuff in bits 12–15
This bug was first found and fixed by Gemini Flash 3.7, and most experiments in the paper were done by Flash 3.8. Gemini 4 Argon wrote the first draft of the paper and figures, which I aggressively nitpicked until the content was solid but the writing was not. Then I fed Argon a handful of my first-author papers from the last few years and had it do a rewrite in my style (which worked astonishingly well), and then I manually did a rewrite (the hands + keyboard variety) after that. I really liked this workflow! If you like my writing style feel free to throw some of my old papers in your context window and do the same.
Using a single Nano Banana image and Blender MCP, Gemini 4 Argon built a 3D Gothic cathedral in @Antigravity.
It iterates on the geometry, textures, and lighting to create the finished scene.
@CanadianPM@MarkJCarney's National Council on AI includes researchers and leaders I respect deeply.
But there's a critical voice missing: a professional creative.
Canada’s arts and culture sector drives $130B & 1M+ jobs, and will be among the most disrupted by AI.
If we want to build "AI for All," we need a creator in the room.

Generative AI doesn’t make you creative. It rewards you for already being metacognitive.
New study in Journal of Applied Psychology --
Those with high metacognition (planning/monitoring thought) saw large creative gains from AI.
Those without it? Zero significant gain.
The skill of 2026 isn't "using AI."
It's "managing your own mind while using AI."
AI agents log 6x more hours than human employees at @AnthropicAI
As adoption increased, junior technical hires dropped from 27% to 9%. The bottleneck in software is no longer writing code… it’s managing pipelines and reading outputs,
This gives a strong warning about entry-level tech roles. And junior engineers lose the tasks that might teach them core skills.
New strategies are needed to train senior roles without junior experience.
I used Gemini 4 Argon to make Subway Surfers for the new flying Tesla Roadster 🚀
Fly over moving traffic, hit the thrusters to barrel roll in the sky, and collect air power-ups to set a high score.
