@deteccphilippe Does this adjustment apply within sub-ranks too? For example, if someone goes from Diamond 2 to Diamond 3 before the refund, would they get a reduced amount, or does it only apply to full rank changes like Diamond to Ascendant?

I asked Riot if RR refunds for cheater-affected losses are based on the actual RR lost or if they’re just a fixed amount. Instead of answering, they gave me a generic response. Has anyone else noticed refunds not matching what was lost?
