This is a known manipulation tactic-give you a scary number, hide the part that proves nothing happened. Don’t be played.

@BotanicGoddess @allenanalysis But then red states will make it very hard for the wrong sort of voter (i.e. likely to vote D) to get a voter card. It is a bad solution to a non-problem, given the absolutely tiny proportion of non-citizens who try to vote.
