@skyli_realme for GT master edition, white/green line on screen is a real issue. Accept it and do corrective actions, it's bad enough that the product had an issue, ignorant post sales are not helping it either.
@realmeIndia@realmecareIN Got a white line on my GT master edition, some time in August, it was on and off at first and later became quite a regular thing. Finally I visited SC in late September and got a reply that it needs screen replacement, as the screen is degumming.
@realmecareIN I have visited SC, and they have checked the device found no sign of physical damage and diagnosed the issue related to screen degumming. Which is a known quality defect. But it is not recognised by realme in GT master edition. So they asked me to pay for a screen replacement.

Didn't sound very fair TBH, post inspection WO any sign of physical damage, realme should cover this in good will. Not a desirable after sale CX experience from otherwise a good product.
SC team confirmed that there is no sign of any sort of physical damage but this issue is only recognised as manufacturing defect in one particular model( 11 pro I guess).

यही हाल बेंच 2 का अब तक रहा है. ओक्टोबर 2018 से लेकर अब तक इस प्रोमोटर के विरुद्ध धारा 7 के प्रकरण में बेंच का व्यवहार संदेह की परिधि में आता है. यदि आप प्राधिकरण की छवि को बचाना चाहते हैं तो कुछ सार्थक कदम उठायें. @CMOfficeUP चाहें तो उप्ररेरा की एक विशेष जाँच करवाना उचित होगा.

@HardeepSPuri Sir as MoUAH kindly explore alternatives, other than RERA, too to find out a solution for Stuck homes. When RERA has almost failed it should not stop you from finding solution under IBC. Builders, Nardeco and CREDAI don't need pampering. They are rogues.

Now Hon Supreme Court has also observed that interests of Homebuyers should get priority over those of Banks.
