This is how they keep you in chains. This is how they ensure you never truly become free. And this is how they constantly keep you unproductive. Absolutely disgraceful!
A woman kills her 3 kids, gets $3M on GoFundMe, and receives endless support.
Meanwhile, the lone Black juror who stood his ground to convict her gets publicly shamed.
Society is completely broken
Thank you, Mercy.

๐จ WATCH: Andy Burnham says carers should be the "best paid people in society, not the worst"
"Many people from other countries have been caring for my dad. I want those carers to know that we appreciate you"
like i always say, the things you don't know are bigger than you & they'll always haunt you until you understand them. you think a master's degree is some kind of golden ticket to a high-paying corporate job, but it isn't.
the first thing is the illusion of the master's degree. the reality is that uk universities have turned higher education into a business, most especially for international students. they're selling degrees & not careers. for a lot of people, the degree is just the price of entry into the country.
here in the UK, your certificate is just a bloody piece of paper, & the corporate world don't care about how much you paid for it or how difficult it was to get once you're in the job market, they pay for people who can solve difficult problems, handle pressure & make the business money, that's what has value.
the disappointment comes from buying into the idea that an expensive degree automatically puts you ahead, it doesn't. a degree might get your cv looked at, but it won't convince anyone to hire you if you can't prove why you matter.
secondly, if you keep wondering why so many immigrants end up working as healthcare assistants. the answer isn't far-fetched. healthcare is one of the most accessible routes because there's constant demand, a need to fill shortages & established sponsorship pathways. it's the easiest door for many people to enter through.
corporate jobs are a completely different game. banks, tech firms & big companies are not going to spend thousands sponsoring someone unless they're convinced that person brings a serious value they can't easily find in the local market, a master's degree by itself is not that value.
the reason so many people stay stuck in healthcare isn't because the system is personally against them. it's because most never build the network, skills or positioning needed to break into corporate roles. they follow the easiest route in, then act surprised when it's hard to move into a market that demands a completely different level of value.
thirdly, another serious mistake you're making is assuming your experience is everyone's reality. just because you don't see immigrants in high-stakes corporate roles doesn't mean they aren't there. there are plenty of immigrants working in senior positions, making serious decisions that affect entire organisations & running major projects. you just don't cross paths with them.
& lastly, the first people you meet in the uk & the circles you build around yourself can shape your entire perception of what is possible. if everyone around you is struggling with the same limitations, it's easy to believe those limitations are the reality for everyone. but sometimes you're not seeing the whole system. you're only seeing the part of it you've been exposed to.
you need to understand the system for what it is, not what you wish it was. nobody is going to stop & care about how unfair it feels. the system doesn't reward emotion. it rewards people who know how to play the game.
My friend,
You don't have to be the best to begin. You only need the courage to take the first step.
Many people are still waiting for the "right time". The right time is when you decide to stop making excuses.
Small actions always beat big intentions.

I really do not understand greed. The money you get today will not solve all your problems.
I gave a security guy money to share with his colleagues. The guy in front begged me that next time, I should give everyone their money personally. One time I went to the gym and gave the security money to share with his colleagues and he put it in his pocket. I gave a nurse money at the hospital to share with her colleagues and she put in her pocket. Somebody did business with 2 friends and was meant to share commission with them, but he pocketed it. They kpaid him sha.
I really do not get greed. The principle of money is simple - money that is not your own is not your own. Let everybody eat. Your problem is not special. Everyone is going through a lot and need a breather
I write about faith, discipline, purpose and the lessons life teaches us quietly.
This page is for anyone who is still believing, growing and moving forward, even when the journey is difficult.
Welcome. Let us grow together.
Do you know why Think and Grow Rich has inspired so many entrepreneurs?
The strange thing is that it contains almost no practical blueprint for starting a business. It does not teach you how to find customers, build a product, raise capital or manage cash flow.
Yet countless successful business owners credit it as one of the books that changed their lives.
Why?
My theory is that the book changes identity.
It convinces ordinary people that building extraordinary things is within their reach. Once someone genuinely believes that, they begin to take risks they would otherwise avoid and notice opportunities they would previously have ignored.
Belief changes behaviour, and then behaviour changes outcomes.
Now look at this photograph.
Lionel Messi was randomly paired with a five-month-old baby after the child's family won a UNICEF charity raffle during a Barcelona photoshoot.
That baby was Lamine Yamal.
Objectively, the photograph is nothing more than an extraordinary coincidence.
But imagine growing up with that picture. It would be difficult not to feel that your story was somehow different; and that perhaps you were destined for something remarkable.
Whether or not destiny exists is beside the point.
The belief itself can become a powerful force.
There is even an experiment to prove this:
In 1968, researchers Robert Rosenthal and Lenore Jacobson carried out what became known as the Pygmalion Effect.
They administered IQ tests to pupils at an elementary school and then randomly selected around 20 per cent of them. The teachers were told that these children were "intellectual bloomers" who were expected to make exceptional academic progress during the year.
But it was just a trick; the pupils had been chosen entirely at random. There was nothing exceptional about them.
Yet, by the end of the year, many of these pupils started doing better than their classmates.
The researchers argued that the teachers' expectations subtly changed how they treated those children; offering more encouragement, more patience and more opportunities: which helped improve their performance.
Expectations changed behaviour.
Behaviour changed results.
Maybe the same principle explains why Think and Grow Rich has had such a profound impact on so many people.
And maybe it also explains why a random photograph of Messi holding a baby can make the child grow to become a star.
Sometimes a coincidence becomes part of someone's identity, and the stories we believe about ourselves often influence the lives we go on to build.
What you do not know may not only hurt you, but it can also completely stop you from fulfilling your purpose.

Your most important task is to chase knowledge and wisdom, and to apply it.
Donโt be comfortable in your bubble of mediocrity and lack of exposure.
Going to school to get a degree is such a great achievement, but it is nothing compared to the knowledge you need to be successful in life.
You will need to be active in pursuing the knowledge that will change your life.
