It was a tough one but I managed to get it in 4 moves by using a word that didn't fit the the puzzle as my 3rd word, but allowed me to rule out 4 other characters and decrease the possible words remaining.

@UofAObservatory I was looking at those same stats earlier today for Winnipeg. Being farther south, our day today was 8:05:25 hrs long (sunrise @ 8:24 am and set at 16:29 hrs). We also gain only 2 seconds of daylight tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to the longer daylight hours. Enjoy winter!

Question: is it common practice to use Victoria police in Vancouver? Responding to an emergency would be slow, so probably would require a helicopter ride???

@DougaldLamont Rapid Testing sites are misleading. They are advertised as "Rapid Testing Sites", including the street signage directing traffic to the building, but on entry say they don't do Rapid Testing. If you say you offer the service, then provide it.

@oliviamdh In the late 1980's, I did Ukrainian dancing with an adult group in Winnipeg. A local high school drama club was performing Fiddler on the Roof and they approached our group looking for 4 male dancers to do the Russian dance scene. It was fun, & my 1st exposure to this musical.

@CanRevAgency As an e-filer, Efile Ted email specified 11:00 pm EST. I was surprised when I experienced service interruptions at 8:52 EST trying to submit an AuthRep form not realizing it started that early. It only specified Auto-fill my return and Express NOA services.

@KayeEllen17 I've been a long time follower of Near Death Experiences (NDE). People who have these experiences and return are convinced that there is no death, but merely a transition from one form to another. Their are many testimonials on YouTube. Listening to them will bring comfort.

Hoping the missing link is an error on CRA's part and that it will be implemented soon!

@CanRevAgency I phoned CRA today & was shocked to hear voice synthesized automated messages in the SAME VOICE scammers use. I hung up & redialed to insure my call wasn't redirected to a scammer. What message is CRA giving: "If you can't beat them, join them. We're scammers too!"
