Final bile olabilir."

Selçuk Candansayar: "Bilgisayar oyunu oynadı diye olmaz. Cinsel yönelimi farklı diye olmaz. Azınlık diye olmaz. Zengin diye değil, fakir diye değil, laik diye değil, laik değil diye değil. Her çocuk olabilir. Hiçbir öngörücüsü yok.
Tanımlanmış 3 tane şey var. Dışlanmışlık-yalnızlık, ırkçılığa varan üstünlükçülük duyguları ve kadın düşmanlığı. Çünkü saldırıların %90'ında failler erkek."
Turkish top NBA analyst Kaan Kural on Rockets's struggles:
- Why hasn’t Udoka been using Sheppard since the start of the season? Because he is one of the most obsessive guys out there. He sees the defensive problems Sheppard creates and gets furious. It doesn't work like that. You have to stay calm and look at the total impact. Some players might make egregious mistakes, but if they are a net positive overall, you have to use them.
- We talk about Alperen all the time. It’s impossible to understand why he’s being used as a finisher instead of a facilitator. It’s been this way for years. They found the right formula in his second year, but after that, they pulled him out of the primary action.
- The biggest problem with Houston is Amen Thompson. His usage explains everything that is wrong with this team. Amen is in great shape, but he is being used incorrectly.
- Durant has the second highest minutes in the entire NBA this season. If you wear down a 38 year old player like this—making him bring up the ball and exhausting him under pressure all game—he’s going to make ridiculous turnovers, and his energy will crater by the end of the game. That’s how you get stuck.
- Did Fred VanVleet get hurt yesterday? They didn’t make a single move at the end of the summer or during the trade deadline.
- Udoka’s negative energy has completely permeated the team. You can’t give a team that much negative energy. Some coaches are just tougher. Udoka is at the far end of that spectrum. There’s nothing inherently wrong with that; it has its share of disadvantages and advantages. The pinnacle of this coaching style is Obradovic. Have you ever seen Obradovic blame his players even once? That’s the real problem. Look at the comments Udoka made after the Minnesota game. Wouldn’t people ask the guy, 'What exactly is your job then?' He said they were 'unprepared.' Well, who is supposed to prepare the team? In that case, don't even show up—let the team prepare themselves.
- The thing that bothers me most about Houston is the transition defense. They are losing track of guys in transition on par with Sacramento."
Shout out to Alperen Şengün. Our best player. Our All-Star. Did not play in the second half (and I’m not sure I agree with the decision), and he did not let that very frustrating moment prevent him from coming in and making game altering plays that led to the Rockets winning the game.
How any Rockets fan can not love this guy is BEYOND me. Embodies everything you’d want a Rocket to be.
