現在各トークンの残高はそれぞれCAのStateに保存されてるけど、EOAのStateで行うようにする。
衝突を防ぐためにEIP7201を拡張させてうまくやる必要がある。

EIP7702ちょっと調べてみたけど、EOAでもStateを管理できてしまうみたい。
AA以外の用途で使われたらかなり複雑になりそう。
バグとかハッキングリスク大丈夫なのかな、、、？

もしくはValidatorがBlob Txより通常のTxの方が収益性が高いから、Blob Txの入ったブロックの受け取りを遅らせてるとか

Blob導入以降reorg の発生数が増えてる気がする
Blob Txを含まないブロックと比較して、処理時間が長くなって提案が遅延しているとかあるのかな？
