@windley@unclebobmartin@ori_pomerantz It's not a good analogy. In academia nobody really cares about the code after the paper is published. However, the code in production systems often remains critical for a very very long time.

Seeing all these posts about US stadiums for the World Cup, I dug into the data so you don't have to. As per wikipedia, nearly 40% of all stadiums worldwide with >60k capacity are in the US i.e. 78 of 191. And it only gets lopsided on the top...
