@WestMidRailway Hi. I have a Super Off Peak return for 4 which departed Coventry this morning. I provisionally booked the 12.02 from Marylebone to return tomorrow but as it’s super off peak can we take the 13.02 please (or any super off peak train)? Thanks
@WestMidRailway The complaint form doesn’t work either by filling in the Twitter card or going to the browser. I did add the destination station correctly but there’s an error message.

@eurowings my case was lost on 30 Nov flying from Geneva to Hamburg via Zurich. Still no case or update on the online portal, and the make a claim page does not load on your website. I tried calling but could only get through to an automated voice. How to proceed please?
@HMRCcustomers I just tried it. Waste of time unfortunately. I need to speak to someone but I can’t spend an hour a day trying to get through. I appreciate your replies here, though.
@HMRCcustomers They haven’t made any deduction for personal allowance or relief for finance costs. Yes it’s been more than 72 hours, letter is a month or two old.
@HMRCcustomers Yes and we have the confirmed calculation which contains errors hence querying it. I cannot pay it until this is resolved. Ended my call after 57 mins without an answer. Not good.
