It's apalling to see that WAKANOW , the so called no1 travel agent (as they call themselves anyway) in Nigeria is far from it. I remember a friend telling me I would regret dealing with them if I had my flight cancelled. Little did I know and I can see it come to reality.

M particularly impressed with TRAVELSTART who paid the refunds within a month.
I have also complained to the CPU since June andwas assured that investigations will be done.
My questions are:
How long will it take one to be refunded?years??

"we are sorry for all inconveniences caused, we are working on it, we thank you for your patience"and worst of all, is they say they haven't been paid yet.
The annoying part is that all my friends have been refunded.
