I am confident that many problems are solved by exercise, eating right, and 8 hours of sleep.
And if the problem still exists, I am sure better equipped to tackle it.

I'm convinced we'd all save a lot of time and money if we clearly answered the following two questions:
1. What is the problem we're solving?
2. What does success look like?
Starting in college, I’ve always set some sort of annual reading-related goal. Grad school (round 1) it helped trudge thru peer reviewed articles. Early career it was foundational stuff people recommended. For a while it was fiction and history. Then it was non-book reading—newsletters, blogs, etc. Last couple of years in grad school (round 2), it was economics and business strategy. It was less about counting something like books or pages, but more about a focus area. But every time, I’ve done a poor job tracking it—evidenced by the graveyard of well-intentioned “want to read” books in Goodreads. I think 2024 is going to be about making a dent there.
Remember the Mac commercials from the early 2000s where #Apple took jabs at PC?
Had a conversation with a colleague today about communicating few vs unlimited options. I thought there was a commercial where Apple referenced PC's too-many options, but can't find it.
Any help?
