@nationalrailenq @SW_Help last two mornings. There have been 30 to 40 cars backed up at the Sheen lane crossing in Mortlake. Absolute fail on National rail. And the council should be out here as the idling is out of control! @LBRUT

@StreetwiseAPC shocked at the totally abysmal service these guys offer. Avoid at all costs! Drivers lying about delivery, duplicate consignment orders being used and lies about calling when arriving. Really didn’t think there could be worse service than Hermes but yep.
