@kplgoswami @KiaInd Great job @KiaInd @kiamotorindia! One month of ownership and the customer spent more time talking to service advisors than driving the car. Jayanti Kia Noida seems to have no accountability. If you can’t fix a brand new vehicle, maybe you shouldn't be selling them. Pathetic.

@kiacareindia already penned down mail 3 days back but nobody bothers to at least connect, even interact with Prabhat over the escalation desk. he made false commitment to cl back within 2 hrs, (waiting for his 2 hrs to be completed)

Within a month unfortunately I encountered engine check light. Pathetic services from Jayanti Kia Noida service station & product too
seems feeble & tenuous, leaving me feeling frustrated & disappointed SR 02870441
