Our team received 100+ calls today.

Every single one was related to Ola battery issues in Ahmedabad.

People found “EV DOCTOR” online and assumed we repair batteries too. That is how desperate and stuck they are.

While customers are running from pillar to post, the founder is publicly claiming they are solving service issues.

This is not a service gap anymore. This is a basic accountability failure.

Resolve it before customers stop treating this as a complaint and start treating it as a complete loss of trust in the brand.

PR wont solve it, real execution will.

@bhash I also noticed that many other customers' bikes are waiting at the service center for repairs, which indicates a serious delay in service. I request you to improve the service center support and look into my case on priority.

@bhash I am very unhappy with OLA's service.

My OLA X1 bike has been at the Kolhapur, Maharashtra service center for the last three months due to a hub motor issue. Despite waiting for such a long time, the problem has still not been resolved.
