I think @airindiain is the only airline in the world who is not offering any flexi option. My travel plan is to stay in India just for a week. So, now I have travel to India just to stay in home quarantine for a week then return to UK 😞

Thank you @airindiain you guys have ruined my journey plan. I book a ticket to travel to BLR from LHR, when I was booking my ticket there were no quarantine rules in India. After indian government announced new quarantine rules you guys have not provided any flexi option.

@airindiain Could you please arrange a call back from your ticketing department. I have called your customer care more than thousand times since last 5 days and spend hours and hours over the call, but still no luck. I have DM all details 3 days ago.

@Jasnave Ok, Just now I received email from vfs and they said passport has been dispatched via courier, they didn't give any courier tracking number. Hopefully I can get it tomorrow.

@shitanshuin Hi, Did you get any update regarding your parents visa? My parents also waiting for their visa they had their biometric on 17th Aug at Bangalore vfs. I drop a mail to ukvi paid email service to know the visa status. I got single word reply saying "awaiting decision".
