Dear Home Office,

Is visitor visa applications running behind the schedule. It been over 3 weeks we applied visa for our parents from India. We have send paid Emails and no responses. With paid phone calls the case is escalated but no response yet.
Please help

@RandoxOfficial It's over 30 mins and still waiting for call to connect with operator. No test report received for a sample provided 2 days ago.

@MEAIndia We are currently on Work Visa in UK and my wife's passport is due to expire in few months. Can you please guide us how we can get her passport renew when all vfs offices are closed.
