My partner (and #cat) finding it very hard to keep warm after 48hrs of no heating/hot water after @SGNgas leak was made safe. Many phone calls have proved fruitless 😔. Struggling with the icy conditions and her #psoriaticarthritis #pain. No weekend emergency work taking place ❄️
