@FASTag_NETC , 1033 mentioned to take from Flipkart and I did too, but that seems a scam, that tag is not getting activated. Seems some offline tag sold online by that (scam) seller. So where to get original NHAI FASTag online? (2/2)

@FASTag_NETC , NETC/NHAI where to get ORIGINAL NHAI FASTag? I could not find anyone selling them at tolls in Karnataka. I had tried from Bengaluru to North Karnataka but all are selling PayTM/ICICI/IDFC etc but no vendors for NHAI. Why so? How to get one?1/2

Fortnite passed and no resolution to complaint 5466136. Raised another 5520719 no resolution yet. Sorry to say, it looks an inefficient issue resolution team.

@fastagofficial @NHAI_Official Fastag blocked due 2 non KYC, rejected on trivial issue: name mismatch. Rgd. compl. (5466136) on 14 Mar, uploaded my documents having same name. Profile name has partial name. No resolution yet. I been trying since 4 weeks for KYC correction.

Another day ...and it's not yet fixed. Finally technician called yday evening but did not care to come and fix. He has not come till now today 12/6. Sad state of service commitment at airtel. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal
