@OfficialSBICare i hav joint fd with wife. When she wants to change the maturity inst it is forwarded to me for approval. When I approve it says your current acctt is locked unlock & proceed. Our both accounts r working normally. Kindly resolve it what to do?

@HDFCBank_Cares opened hdfc bank account few months back, 2 issues r there, 1. Got ckyc no but mobile no. was not linked 2.projected TDS of the current fy none is able to tell. Visited branch & mailed to RM but no response not even on phone. What is escalation matrix in hdfc?

@OfficialSBICare can I still use form 15H instead of 121 for fy 26-27 which is only available on yono sbi app?

@OfficialSBICare I am trying to change maturity instruction of my FD joint acctt by new yono SBI app. When I initiate request and it is approved by joint acctt holder it says request processed technical error try later . Nxt morng it says approval time out.

@OfficialSBICare After updating the new yono SBI app when I download the receipt of my FD account, it is downloaded but the format of password is not displayed. When I enter 11 digit FD account number as password it says incorrect password. What is the password format now?
