Flight operations at #MumbaiAirport impacted, passengers stranded inside aircraft on a Delhi-Mumbai #AirIndia flight for almost an hour as ground staff of AIASL (AI Airports Svcs Ltd) go on strike.

Ground staff at Mumbai airport has gone on flash strike. Just the ground staff for Maharaja! Wheel chair passengers for all new airbus 350, WiFi enabled, have boarded and are waiting in the plane and the rest are cooling their heels at the boarding gate. @airindia @CSMIA_Official

@airindia My flights between Mumbai and Ahmedabad with Air India have generally been very comfortable. The cabin crew are polite, attentive, and consistently professional. I especially appreciate how they take the effort to personally thank me for flying with them and acknowledge my Gold Member status each time I travel. That small gesture goes a long way in making the experience feel valued and premium.

However, the in-flight food is an area that really needs improvement. In its current state, it simply doesn’t meet expectations. I usually end up declining the meal altogether because the quality and taste feel far below what one would expect on a full-service airline.

As a loyal Gold Member, I feel there should be some differentiation or upgrade in the meal offering, or at the very least an overall refresh of the menu. The service and comfort are strong positives, but enhancing the food experience would significantly elevate the overall journey.

FIR filed for lost iPhone 14 Pro on 4-Nov. The phone was dead when lost, but Find My showed it online on 8 Nov. It came online last night & even an hour ago. Requesting assistance from @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice @MumbaiPoliceZone11 @oshijurisdiction to help trace the device 🙏

6E 5094 from BLR to BOM scheduled for 8:30 pm is delayed to 11:15 and still waiting. Such a pathetic service from @IndiGo6E. Worst people coming down from international flights are waiting for more than 5 hrs now.

@YatraOfficial @Yatra_Care Your customer care number is really a pain as it keeps disconnecting.. trying to reach out to an international flight rescheduled as there is no option to do it online. Email to support has been send, but no response to that as well..

@airindia updates were not coming in when needed. Even now we find that the Pilots aren’t there and alternative has been requested, so the flight departure will be at 6:15 pm.. that’s almost 2 hr delay now.. I also have a connecting train later to tonight at 10 pm.. @MoCA_GoI @JM_Scindia

@airindia flight AI0572 from Mumbai to Chennai is delayed. Flight was to depart at 3:25 pm. Only update from staff at counter is that aircraft coming from hangar. They too are clueless. Time now is 4:15 pm. Least can we expect some timely updates @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia @MoCA_GoI

@ravirajaINC @mybmc Have been saying that for weeks the gaps between doses are increasing. But it’s falling on deaf ears.. you either book and Appointment (with luck) or wait it out

@mybmc Well try harder!! As you know it’s not working and again I stated that there are people losing out where the gaps are increasing between 1st & 2nd dose.. still suggest that you plan for people who can walk-in based on the gap in week they are at which increases day by day
