@MarioNawfal Both sides read it completely differently, deliberately. Before the MOU, Iran had raised the issue multiple times that the details of the transit were neither being discussed nor clearly stated. This is the major dispute without resolving they cannot proceed.
@glcarlstrom Exactly, there is no understanding between 2 parties, so the whole MOU is fake. Note, that Trump did not try to gain this understadning on the first place before signing it. That is why the admin is not able to negotiate any agreements.

@BowTiedLobster I'll stop here. Dismissing inflation's effects on households and borrowers as irrelevant while claiming only your macro view matters is elitist. Those real costs are why it becomes a political issue policymakers can't ignore.
