This mentality seems especially destructive for founders :(

@asmartbear out of curiosity. Do you have any formal PKMS? I read people bragging about the benefits of Zettelkasten for writing. Would you be willing to share your approach to finding topics and working on them?

@asmartbear To me, it's frequently self-imposed destiny. Build relationships on shared values, not just hierarchy. Deliberate effort required. I feel that CEOs who don't work on themselves are becoming more lonely over time.
