@yojb513 @moranbishop @mmpadellan There are sanctions on Russian oligarchs who have power to influence Putin's decisions - they seem to be having some effect to date. Also many sanctions targeting luxury goods and services, and "creature comforts", not basic needs, are effective tools

@yojb513 @moranbishop @mmpadellan I'm vocal in my condemnation of misuse of sanctions in ways that cripple populations for no good reason, which if you knew me or cared to ask, you would know. There's a long list of them. Stopping the destruction of Ukraine is a good reason in my opinion, though, that's the crux
