- Paid a $2000 exchange integration fee
- Received ~63M REEF-ETH back from a CEX; moving forward with re-opening REEF trading
- Received the sponsorship deck from a football (soccer) team in APAC
- Opened discussions with a European football (soccer) team about sponsorship
- Had a meeting with a market-making firm
- Met with a representative from a blockchain data indexing platform
- Had a wonderful discussion with one of the founders of a proof of attendance protocol about expanding to Reef Chain

This permanently reduces the supply of $REEF on BNB Chain as we approach the launch of the bridge.

This burn, along with yesterday’s burn of 100 million REEF, mark the burning of our first token swap with @paribucom.

More token burns to come as we receive tokens from various CEXs in manual swaps, and from the Reef Chain community via the bridge.

1,500,000,000 million REEF were minted on Reef Chain at 18:23 UTC.

These are going to be allocated to Reef Bridge, and two CEXs for manual token swaps.

Any REEF-ETH or REEF-BSC received from the CEXs, and captured by the bridge locker contracts on Ethereum and BNB Chain, will be burnt.

When manual swaps with CEXs are completed, we will make additional announcements.

This is another major step in our transition to bringing all REEF to Reef Chain.

All burn transactions will be posted publicly once swaps are fully completed, along with the names of the exchanges involved.
