Disappointed in @Delta. Understand that flights are sometimes late (yesterday’s flight 195 was about 3 hours late taking off). Don’t understand total lack of Wi-Fi on 10 hour international flight. So much for getting work done on the return flight.

Thanks to great customer service team at @SouthwestAir —called today when it looked like 5 college students would miss connect @BWI—one has job interview tomorrow. After saying she hoped daughter got job, she spent 10 minutes getting info and then said flight 6072 would be held.
