@EpirusSouli no greek ever ruled epirus. it has never been part of greece until it was created in 1821 meanwhile there were plenty of albanian nobles ruling epirus such as Gjon Shpata, Pjeter llosha, Zenebishi and so on. even later with Ali Pasha and Ioannina was capital of Albania
