I personally had a very unpleasant experience with this company and would recommend against submitting reports to them. It was a waste of my time hunting, validating, and submitting the reports to them. My time is not to be wasted.
Brother, this is not what happened at all. I submitted 4 separate valid reports via their submission form. There was no validation of successfully submitting the reports, so I did what their website said and emailed the team those 4 reports directly to make sure they got them. I had no idea my original 4 submissions went through. It's not spam. It's me making sure they received my reports. I did my due diligence.
I sent 4 reports via the submission form. Because there was no indication they went through, I sent emails as well because that's what the button said to do under the form if there was an issue with it. I then reached out via DMs which was 3 DMs before you responded simply to make sure you received my reports.
The issue is that you guys roasted me in DMs for checking to see if you got my reports, then went invite-only and told me I'd have to resubmit my recent find again "IF" I get accepted. Like I said before I already accepted the L, keep the reports and sure, remove me and my KYC from the waitlist. Good luck with your beg bounty program.
I submitted 4 valid reports, 3 of which were within the first 10 hours your bug bounty program publicly launched. I was also one of the first people to sign up for your invite-only program and did the KYC even though your team made a tweet about going invite only within 10 minutes after I sent DMs simply trying to verify reception of my 4 reports. I never heard back, but I believe you were sick so I understood the delay. But to say I've done the bare minimum is actually the wild thing here. It sucks I submitted 4 valid reports to you guys and got roasted in DMs because I wanted to verify you received them all because your form was not verifying reception of the submissions, and then immediately after, you guys went invite-only. Like I said before, L already received and it's only turned me into a better bug bounty hunter for companies that will reciprocate back to me the energy I put in to them.
@ZackKorman Exactly. In my experience you can learn some of the greatest lessons that most people skip simply because the lesson comes from someone no one else is watching. It's usually because of an ego thing.
@yeswehack@Rhynorater I want to hack on your platform so bad but it just will not read my Driver's License and keeps saying it's fraudulent. Sad times.
My faith in Jesus Christ and finding my true passion in my career was what helped me get through 6 years of continuous darkness. Without those 2 things there's just no way I would have gotten to where I am now, which is considerably better than just 8 months ago. God humbled me so much that I went from hating people and myself to loving people and myself. Then finding my passion helped me look at work as just a means to an end and pushed me to actually become better than I ever was in my work field as well.
You aren't tempered until you've been through the fire. But you have to go through it. Then when your life gets better, you're ready for it, and can truly appreciate it.
