@Uber_Support Depends whos helping is it the standard support team or someone else? Because your replying like all the support team do you pretend your going to help only to then respond with a email template.. Why would I send my details again for the 30th time for the same response?

@Uber in Australia is such a scam as a delivery driver all these quest bonuses are bullshit, it will stop feeding you requests when your doing too good and going to hit the bonuses its like the algorithm is designed to get you 1 or 2 away from a bonus then it stops feeding requests so they dont have to pay you out any bonuses, this happens to me everytime.

It depends whos helping me? Standard Uber support? "Specialised support" or someone new? Because if I give you my number and email I assume you will do what every support rep does and every manager does, you will palm me onto a team of idiots who do nothing but send email templates as a response to every problem. Even this morning I got another one should I post the screenshots here to highlight how incompetent they are?

Also, Im 89% satisfaction rate and 2750 points I should be diamond status but you need 90% satisfaction, funny thing I had 4 bad reviews that were due to reasons out of my control and your team didnt remove them or your automated review system didnt pick up on them. So I called everyone spoke to all the managers, all they do is say they cant help, even priority support literally said they cant help, also they would lie and disrespect me, I got all the calls recorded.

I got 62 thumbs up, 8 thumbs down, = 89% satisfaction, your team cant even remove 1 of the 4 false reviews so I can get the diamond status I worked hard 3 months for so I lose money/discounts because the Uber app has a flawed automated review system that doesnt work and a support team that cant change it hahaha convenient isnt it so I dont get anything I worked for and Uber takes more money it doesnt deserve.

I'm genuinely concerned about how legal this algorithm is. Its designed to ensure you never get ahead or what you work hard for.

Last time I DMed after a post on X you guys asked what it was about. Every support response is manipulative, you gaslight the drivers but then try make your image publically look good. No, I wont DM again to then receive an email from your "specialised support team" of AI bots that never find solutions to any problem. Ive done over 1000 deliveries in 5 months the support has only got worse and worse.
