I’m currently surviving the hardest season of my life. I have no clue what God is up to. Nevertheless, I’m standing in expectation that on the other side of this, there will be joy.
What happens when you die:
They divide up your shit.
They summarize your life in 500-1000 words.
People who knew you less say sorry to people who knew you more.
Everyone eats, drives home, and wakes up the next day and goes to work.
Whatever you’re worried about won’t be in those 500 words.
You can dare greatly or not at all, but you’re gonna die either way.
Might as well squeeze every motherfucking drop out.
Psychiatry as a profession…..you will not learn till there’s accountability and dismissal.
Can the failing Psychiatrists from the Nottingham Inquiry be dismissed asap.
Can we make an example of them to improve standards….now…let’s not wait for the conclusions.
Our country needs to be in safe hands now and we don’t have time to wait for another disaster.
I would like a call from @jamesmurray_ldn your private sec has my number.
Let’s get rid of terrible Psychiatrists and shine a light on the good services.

Get to my desk and this is what I’m greeted with……
Belfast riots : Immigrant family rescued by Police after rioters set their house and car on fire while the family was still inside.
This is an attempted murder.
Those poor kids will live that trauma.
I lost my beloved daughter Grace O’Malley-Kumar in the Nottingham attacks. She was a 19 year old medical student. She fought a marauding man almost twice her age armed with a dagger. She tried to protect a friend and paid the ultimate price. She placed,
‘friendship before fear’
